We want you to feel confident buying from WellnessMeno. Every guide — Women's, Men's, Couples, and the Founding Collection bundle — comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. If it isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No explanation required.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email marychristie26@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We process refunds promptly and don't require a reason.
3. Duplicate Purchases & Technical Issues
If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice within 24 hours, or run into a technical issue downloading or opening your file, contact us immediately — we'll resolve these right away, independent of the 14-day window.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
